Mr. Md. Ziaul Alam joined M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) on April 24 th 2017 as General Manager (Internal Audit). He has more than 10 years of professional experience in the field of Accounting & Finance, Risk Management & Internal Control & Compliance at different renowned organizations. He is an Associate Chartered Accountant with Master’s in Accounting. Prior to joining Crown Cement he worked as Unit Head & VP-Financial Reporting, Taxation & Control at IDCOL, Asst. Vice President (Internal Control) at BRAC Bank, Specialist (Internal Audit) at Grameenphone Ltd. and other renowned companies in Bangladesh.

Mr. Mosheul Islam joined M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) on October 1 st 2016 as General Manager (Information Technology). He has more than 20 years of professional experience in the field of project management, supply chain & IT at different renowned organizations. He completed BBA in Management from Wartburg College Waverly, IA, USA and MBA in MIS from Johnson & Wales University Providence, RI, USA.

Mr. Shaibal Saha is the General Manager-Marketing & Sales of M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement). He joined Crown Cement as Manager (Customer Care & Development) on October 2nd 2009. He has more than 13 years of professional experience in the field of Marketing & Sales. He completed BBA from University of Madras, Chennai, India and MBA in Marketing from University of Madras, Chennai, India.

Mr. A B M Yusuf Ali Khan joined M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) on June 1 st 2016 as General Manager (Human Resources Management). He has more than 22 years of experience in Managing, Leading and Consulting HR functions at different renowned organizations. He completed MBA in (HRM) from IBA, University of Dhaka. He worked extensively in leadership development, change facilitation, executive coaching, talent and HR process designing. He worked as the Head of HR at Novartis (Bangladesh) Ltd. and different other renowned organizations in Bangladesh.

Mr. Mohammad Mahfuzul Hoque joined M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) on September 16 th 2017 as General Manager-Supply Chain Management in 2017. He has more than 21 years of professional experience in the field of purchase, IT & system engineering at different renowned organizations. He completed B.Sc. (EEE) from CUET and MBA in Marketing from North South University. He worked as Head of Purchasing at LafargeHolcim Bangladesh Ltd. and other renowned organizations in Bangladesh.

Mr. Md. Mozharul Islam joined M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) on March 15 th 2012 as Company Secretary. He has more than 26 years of experience in Finance & Accounts in public limited listed companies, Capital Market Operations. He is a qualified Chartered Secretary. He completed B.Com. (Hons.) in Accounting from University of Rajshahi and M.Com. in Accounting also from University of Rajshahi. He worked as Chief Operating Officer at Country Stock (Bangladesh) Limited and also other renowned Organizations in Bangladesh.

Mr. Shahriar Istiaq Halim joined M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) on August 27 th 2012 as CFO. He has more than 14 years of experience in Finance Profession. He completed BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from University of Dhaka and MBA in BBA in Accounting and Information Systems from University of Dhaka.

Mr. Md. Alimuzzaman joined M. I. Cement Factory Ltd. (Crown Cement) is the General Manager-VAT & TAX. He joined Crown Cement as Assistant Manager-VAT & Tax on November 7 th 2010. He has more than 19 years of experience in Accounts, Finance, Income Tax and Value Added Tax. He completed B. Com from Dhaka University and M. Com (Mgt.) from National University.
